35 mins – $90.00 Includes Initial and Subsequent Treatments
including IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation)

ICBC – 100% covered with Approved ICBC claims.

MSP – $35.00

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) – All approved claims are covered by Veterans Affairs.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT – Involves a thorough history, physical and biomechanical examination. Approximate time is 35 minutes.

SUBSEQUENT TREATMENTS – All follow-up visits with Mike are approximately 35 minutes in duration. Mike does not book any other clients in your time slot.
